Installed 9 of their ‘Duet’ line of blinds in our 3 bedroom, living room, and breakfast areas. All but one have served soldierly duty since 2003! Unlike 8 of our blinds, one errant blind that served a large window needed service more often than one would expect. The Blind By Design stood behind us all the way with that brand’s lifetime warranty.

The issue was with an engineering defect in a blind style that is no longer manufactured. They stood by it as long as factory support was available. When it became unrepairable, The Blind By Design went above and beyond furnishing a new series replacement in the most fair manner.
